The NARUTO CARD GAME heads to Jump Festa 2027 with demo games, a CP-001 promo, a ¥3,850 playmat and a December 19 stage slot for new reveals.
Bandai put up its Jump Festa 2027 page on November 2, and the NARUTO CARD GAME gets a booth of its own: demo games, a promo card, and a stage slot where new information is supposed to drop. It all happens December 19 and 20, 2026, at Makuhari Messe outside Tokyo.

In October, Jump Festa was just the place where the „next big update“ would happen. Now we have a time slot and an actual program.
Thirty minutes on stage, Saturday afternoon
On Saturday, December 19, the NARUTO block on the Jump Super Stage runs from 4:55 to 5:25 p.m. Japan time, and Bandai says the latest NARUTO CARD GAME information gets revealed there. For Germany that means 8:55 to 9:25 in the morning (Japan is eight hours ahead in winter). East Coast folks get it worse: 2:55 a.m. Saturday. The page doesn’t say whether Shueisha will stream the block.
Bandai doesn’t say what will be shown. My guess is pricing and card counts for the three starter decks (Naruto, Sasuke, Gaara). Those have been missing since New York, and June isn’t getting any further away. Meanwhile on the subreddit, u/Legitimate_Grass_243 is already poking at multicolor leaders: „the leader design doesn’t seem to fit that mechanic very well.“ No answer so far. That’s precisely the sort of question a stage reveal could put to bed, and honestly I’d rather hear that than another sizzle reel.
A demo game, CP-001 and a ¥3,850 playmat
At the booth you can sit down for a demo deck session, one per person. If the line gets out of hand, Bandai may close early or move to numbered tickets. Finish a game and you walk away with a CP-001 Chakra card. Kids up to junior high age also get a souvenir bag stuffed with goodies from the different booths (yes, a CP-001 is in there too, while supplies last).
That code is new. So far the Chakra set from the Premier Demo Events has shown C-001 through C-005 plus an S-001, and not a single CP prefix. Bandai doesn’t say whether CP-001 belongs to that set or starts a separate promo line.
Then there’s the merch table. The „NARUTO CARD GAME Official Playmat -Arriving in 2027-“ goes for ¥3,850 including tax, one per person, cashless only. At current rates that’s somewhere around 22 to 24 euros. Compare Lucca, where the Italian partner just charged €42.90 for an official playmat. That’s close to double (whether it’s the same art, the pages don’t say). Importing one sounds tempting until shipping and import VAT chew through a good chunk of that gap.
Getting in is the real problem
Jump Festa costs nothing, but you can’t just walk in. Entry requires an electronic ticket through the „Jump NAVI“ app, for everyone from elementary school age up. General applications opened November 2 and close November 16 at 5:59 p.m. Japan time. Neither the show nor Bandai mentions overseas visitors at all.
If you play in Europe, this is a watch-from-home event, not a book-a-flight event. The December 19 stage block still matters, though: it’s the first official reveal date since New York, and it lands right between Lucca and the Fests in Orlando (January 7 to 10) and London (January 15 to 17). Anyone still guessing at starter prices ahead of London might have real numbers by then.
So, who’s setting an alarm for Saturday morning?
