Naruto TCG: Chakra Set Pulled From Orlando and London

Bandai slipped one new line onto a page, and if you live in Europe, it changes your math. The Premium Card Collection vol.00 -CHAKRA set- will not be sold at BANDAI CARD GAMES Fest 26-27 in Orlando or London. Want it? Then the Premier Demo Events are your only way in now.

Earlier coverage: Naruto TCG: Playmat Is Wave 1 Only, Sign-Ups in January (Oct 13, 2026)

You’ll find it as a „Correction Notice (October 22, 2026)“ on the official Premier Demo event page, and it reads, word for word: „This product will not be available for purchase at BANDAI CARD Fest 26-27 in ORLANDO / LONDON.“ u/OrangeSamuraiD caught it first over on r/NarutoCardGame and called it „Huge news.“ That’s a stretch. But it does matter.

What moved since October 13

Ten days ago this looked different. Bandai had listed both demo exclusives (the Chakra set and the playmat) for select Fest stops as well, Orlando and London by name, and that’s what we reported. Now the playmat is the only one that keeps the extra route.

Here’s where the official page stands today. The CHAKRA set is $20 MSRP and is available in Wave 1 and Wave 2 of the Premier Demo Events; Wave 1 runs February 5 to 19, 2027, Wave 2 from February 19 to March 5, 2027. The Official Playmat -NARUTO vs. SASUKE- hasn’t budged: $40 MSRP, Wave 1 only, plus the Fest in Orlando (January 7 to 10, 2027, Orange County Convention Center) and London (January 15 to 17, 2027, ExCeL London).

Small wrinkle, though. The top of the page still says „This information is current as of October 13, 2026,“ which means the correction is newer than the date the page claims for itself. If you only skim the header, you’ll walk right past it.

Why this hits European players

For German players, London was the most realistic shot at grabbing both products in one weekend. Hop a flight, hit ExCeL, playmat plus Chakra set, go home happy. That plan now works exactly halfway.

Which brings us back to your local store. Premier Demos run at stores taking part in BANDAI TCG+, and for the Chakra set that’s now the only official channel. I couldn’t find a list of participating stores anywhere on the page. So here’s the question that actually matters for Europe: does your regular store land in Wave 1, or only in Wave 2? That’s the difference between walking out with the set and the mat or with just the set.

Already booked flights to London to stock up? (Apparently some of you did.) Dial your expectations down a notch. The playmat is still on sale there.

My take: this is a supply thing. Per Bandai, every participating store gets product matched to its capacity and can sell leftovers freely afterward. A Chakra set that only moves through stores gives you a reason to actually show up at a demo, and that’s precisely what Bandai wants to see before the June 2027 launch. I know this pattern from Magic prerelease promos. You want the thing, you sit at the table. I’ll take that over a convention booth that’s picked clean in two hours.

Oh, and Bandai still hasn’t spelled out what’s in the set. The page shows five C cards (C-001 to C-005) and an S-001, nothing more, and the text never says whether that’s everything. There’s no euro price for the set yet, either.

Your turn. Has your store said anything about running Premier Demos? Drop your city in the comments so we can at least figure out whether Germany shows up in Wave 1 at all.
